This is a very sad nod to all boys and girls who have been shown all about sex and urges at a very young age. The shame I have witnessed with these now adults is heart-braking and almost impossible to heal. All too common I truly believe it haunts and destroys lives emotionally more than we know. If you are the victim, no matter how long ago, you can work through it with resolve and support. However you choose to use as a tool be it a spiritual practice, bodyworkers such as Reiki and or massage, maybe physical exercise, just don’t further your pain and loss of quality of life by using substances to numb the pain.
