Riding the Wave..Surfers know that in order to be successful one must have courage and embrace risk. I like to use this example for myself while dealing with challenges and the events of life. The difference in a life that brings excitement and joy rather than boredom and depression is directly related to your approach. A Surfer watches for the right moment and then paddles furiously towards the perceivedĀ danger. Not thinking of the danger in the moment but only the goal of getting to the top so they might experience the thrill of the ride down. Life is like that in many ways in that when facing a challenge personally, financially or spiritually it is best to greet it with determination and bravery..knowing your reaction to what the giant wave is ….well is everything. No game..No Win..
I think my most challenging ‘Jaws’ episode was staring down a crazed man with an asault rife aimed at my chest saving you from being shreaded. It was a chilling ride but oh so thrilling when it was over.
Well written.
Thank you for the compliment
Like the Jeep ride down the Wiapio Valley road?
Or kayak surfing the wave to the Popoi’A bird sanctuary?

I think the fear in your eyes told the story…

Yes indeed
The assault rifle was pointed at me first when he entered,,
but I do agree you probably diffused the highly charged situation
